You will need to provide the items below to complete the speaker application.  Please have these available before starting the application.

  • A link to a video showcasing your speaking ability and/or 3 references with contact information from event coordinators who can attest to your speaking ability
  • A 20-second video that will be used to promote your session on our social media channels.
  • Speaker bio (max 150 characters)
  • Speaker headshot
  • Session title (compelling and catchy)
  • Short description for your session (max 70 words)
  • Session objectives (2-4)
  • Names, company, email, and bios (max 150 characters) for any co-presenters 
  • Headshots for any co-presenters
  • Links to your social media or web pages
