Erika Dickstein is the founder of Spring Insight. She has extensive experience in solving business problems using web tools and creating innovative marketing campaigns. Erika has spoken on Internet strategy at The Virginia Women’s Business Conference and the Bethesda Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to founding Spring Insight, Erika spent over a decade working in ecommerce marketing and online product management. She headed up marketing for Dyscern, LLC, an Internet Retailer 500 company. Additionally, she has led complex, interactive web projects for such companies as America Online (AOL) and the Graduate Management Admission Council. Erika started her marketing career working for The Walt Disney Company. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in communications from Bradley University.
