Juanita Hardy
Juanita Boyd Hardy is Managing Principal of Tiger Management Consulting Group, LLC. She is a retired IBM executive with over 35 years of experience managing large, complex business transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients.
She has worked in China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, and Brazil.
Juanita has presented many papers including "The Road to Successful Business Transformation: Sponsorship is Key", which was reprinted in the October 2007 issue of the Peking University Business Review. Subsequently, she participated in a PKUBR business roundtable, "Leadership and Change" in Beijing in March 2008.
Juanita holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Livingstone College and did graduate work in Operations Research at George Washington University.
