Caroline Adams Miller

 

Caroline Adams Miller, MAPP is considered one of the world’s experts in the field of Positive Psychology and how it intersects with the science of goal-setting.  She is a graduate of the Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and is frequently featured in national and international media including “The Wall Street Journal,” “The New York Times,” XM Sirius satellite radio, Fox & Friends TV and magazines such as Self, Ladies Home Journal, Martha Stewart Living, and Real Simple. 

She is a graduate of Harvard University and has authored five books, including the best-selling “My Name is Caroline” (1988) and “Creating Your Best Life” (2009), which has been translated into five languages and is considered one of the “best books of its kind” because of its evidence-based approach to goal accomplishment.
